The requirements for registering a new company are:

  • Three proposed names for your company (only one name will be used depending on its availability)*
  • ID/Passport copies of all the directors*
  • Residential and Postal addresses for all the company directors*
  • Business Address (If any)
  • Cell phone numbers for each of the directors*
  • Email addresses for each of the directors (If any)
